With the season drawing to a close over the next few weeks, all team coaches & managers should start planning to ensure all team playing shirts are collected for return to the club, especially any teams that have issued shirts directly to team members.
All shirts, except for teams involved in end of season Champion of Champion tournament and teams on sponsorship arrangements, are to be returned at the Junior Presentation day on Saturday 9th September.
Any missing shirts that are not returned will require the player or team to pay a $50 replacement fee per shirt.
Junior teams are issued their presentation day food and drink vouchers on return of the full team playing kit.
Please assist the club committee volunteers by ensuring your team kit is returned on time to avoid any ongoing follow-up.
