All existing and any new coaches and managers that intend on coaching/managing a team each season must complete your Coach or Volunteer (Team Manager) registration online using the FFA’s new Play Football system prior to the season round 1.
When registering you MUST also upload a passport style photo of yourself on your Play Football profile.
New coaches/managers please also email a copy of your identification (drivers licence, passport etc) to email@example.com
If you are involved with a team that will have players u18, FFA policy requires you to complete a working with children check (WWCC). This is free and valid for 5 years so any coaches/manages that completed last year you do not need to do again.
Please note that you will need to record your WWCC number, once obtained, during your Play Football Coach / Manager online registration, so your WWCC number will need to be obtained before completing your online coach or manager registration.
To obtain a WWCC number:
1 – Log on to www.kidsguardian.nsw.gov.au and complete online request
2 – You are then required to attend a Service NSW office with identification to complete the process
3 – Your WWCC number will then be emailed to you within a couple of days.

Registration Information evenings will be held each Wednesday night at Mulgoa Rise fields starting from 23rd January to 20th February, between 7:00pm and 8:30pm for any player, parent or coach/manager needing further assistance in completing their registration. You will still be required to manage this process yourself online.
