PLAYING SHIRT & KIT RETURNS – 7TH SEPTEMBER

ALL TEAMS coaches/managers, excluding those representing the club in end of season Champion of Champions & Nepean Cup Finals, are required to return their teams playing shirts, balls and any borrowed training equipment at the Junior presentation day on Saturday 7th September at Mulgoa Rise fields, at the lower equipment shed.

Junior teams U5-U17 are issued their food and drink vouchers for presentation day on return of their team kit.  Team coaches/managers please ensure all shirts are accounted for, washed and returned with your team kit bag.

Seniors team coaches/managers – please return on the 7th September, any time between 9:00am and 3:00pm.  You are also expected to have noted who has been issued each shirt within your team, so any shirts missing MUST be chased up with these players and returned. Missing shirts will be noted against the individual player who will be liable for the replacement fee of $50 or fined and made unfinancial if the shirt is not returned.

It is not the responsibility of your committee to chase every individual player from the teams you have coached/managed due to their slackness in returning the shirts to you, so please assist in this regard.

Teams that return kits with an unacceptable number of missing shirts whose players cannot be identified will be required to pay a bond next season in order to receive their teams playing kit.
