Registrations for the 2019 season are now open!
IMPORTANT NOTE – All registrations will now be processed online using the FFA’s new Play Football system. The previous MyFootballClub registration system has been closed, however all registration records in MFC from the 2018 season have been migrated to Play Football.
Instructions on how to register in Play Football are listed below, however before proceeding please also note the following information on registration Fees, Online Payments Only, Photos and Identification.
Fees – Please refer to GPFC Rego Fees 2019 pdf link for the registration fee for your age group. This is the full registration fee for the entire season, including weekly match fees, ground levy, maintenance, lighting, playing equipment, referee fees (where applicable), trophies, also supporting presentation events.
An early bird discount applies ($10 Juniors / $20 Seniors) for all registrations submitted and paid in full by 31st January 2019. The Standard Fee will then apply for all registrations submitted / paid from 1st February to 24th February, when registrations will temporarily cut-off for team submission to NFA.
Payments – All registration payments are to be made online, either at the time of submitting your registration via a credit card payment through the Play Football system or via an offline funds transfer to the clubs bank account within 7 days of your registration submission. If offline payments are not made within the 7 days your registration will be CANCELLED
Photos – ALL PLAYERS (existing and new to the club) will be required to upload a new up to date photo in your Play Football profile. You will need to upload this yourself during the registration process using your smartphone/tablet or PC, but the photo MUST be acceptable i.e. a passport-style head shot photo with plain light background. Instructions are contained within this step in the Play Football registration process. IF YOU DO NOT UPLOAD AN APPROPRIATE PHOTO, WE CANNOT APPROVE YOUR REGISTRATION AND YOU WONT BE ABLE TO PLAY UNTIL THIS STEP IS COMPLETED.
Identification – ALL NEW PLAYERS to GPFC and any players that may have played for the club but did not play last season will need to have their identification checked in order to complete their registration. For juniors a birth certificate or passport is acceptable. For seniors, photo id (passport or drivers licence). Please email a photo/copy to email@example.com stating your age group that you have registered for.
Family Discount – The Family Discount (where 3 or more players are registered from the same family), will be provided once each players registration is to be paid in full. The Family Discount Form Link is to be completed and submitted by the parent/guardian to claim the family discount ($50 for each registration from the 3rd registration onwards).
Instructions to complete a player registration is below:
1. Access the new Play Football website to create your Football Account. You can now also register multiple members from your family using the one football account. Please refer to the instructions on the play Football Registration page how to create your Football Account.
2. Once your new Football Account has been created, and any family members linked (if applicable), you can then proceed to register yourself or other family members by selecting “Register Now”, then finding your club (Glenmore Park FC) and selecting the applicable registration package.
3. Junior Registrations (U5-U18 ONLY) – If wishing to use the NSW Governments “Active Kids” voucher for your football registration, you will need to firstly apply for your child’s Active Kids voucher via Service NSW. Once you have completed this process and obtained the Voucher code, you then enter the code in the payments page within the Play Football system, which will deduct the $100 from the registration amount owing. Thus you must obtain your child active kids voucher before completing your online player registration. As noted above – ALL PLAYERS MUST upload a new passport style photo on your Play Football profile as the previous photo from MFC have note been migrated to the new system. All new players to the club MUST also email a copy of their identification so the club can verify your date of birth.

Registration Information evenings will be held each Wednesday night at Mulgoa Rise fields starting from 23rd January to 20th February, between 7:00pm and 8:30pm for any player, parent or coach/manager needing further assistance in completing their registration. You will still be required to manage this process yourself online.
