All existing and any new coaches and managers that intend on coaching/managing a team each season must register as a Coach or Manager via Dribl and be approved prior to training commencing (usually 2 weeks before the season start).
Any new coaches or managers must also upload a photo in Dribl, same guidelines as a player and have their ID checked.
If you are involved with a team that will have players who are under 18, FFA policy requires you to hold a current Working With Children Check, this is free and applications can be made through Service NSW. If you have one, please ensure that it doesn’t expire during the season.
Please note that you will need to record your WWCC number, once obtained, during your online registration, so your WWCC number will need to be obtained before completing your online coach or manager registration.
Coaches are also required to have the relevant certificate for their age group/division. More information on what is required is found here and coaching courses can be found by searching here. Local ones may be offered by NFA, we are waiting to see what will be scheduled and will ensure we share that information.
